The shipment of the ordered goods is carried out by parcel service UPS.

IMPORTANT: When shipping with UPS, someone must receive the package at the delivery address.
Please note that your package can NOT be deposited at the post office!
You can also specify an alternative delivery address, for example, your workplace, a neighbor or acquaintances as a delivery address.

If a driver of UPS Austria does not reach a private recipient, the package will be deposited in the nearest parcel store. The recipient receives a notification card with which he can pick up his package.
If you also provide your phone number, the driver will be able to notify you or suggest a new date or place for delivery.

Undelivered packages remain in the parcel store for 9 days. If the package is not picked up during this time, the driver will take the package back and another delivery attempt will be made.

The delivery time of our packages is 2-4 business days in Austria and Germany. In the rest of the EU and Switzerland the delivery takes 3-5 business days. (The data are indicative – the deliverer does not guarantee the delivery time).

IMPORTANT:

However, we want to remind you again that the packages will be shipped only after 3 weeks of presale. Thus, the delivery time of the packages ordered in at Fake Label is set to 3 weeks + the normal delivery time of, Austria and Germany 2-4 business days and rest of the EU 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the order quantity and the country of delivery.
In some countries, additional costs may be incurred due to import duties and taxes. These costs shall be borne by the purchaser.
